MEGAN BEATON
Massage Therapist & Pilates instructor
I’m passionate about Massage Therapy as a way of supporting people through pain, injury, and the everyday demands of an active life. I work with clients across all ages and stages, and I believe that feeling strong, balanced, and able to trust your body is the foundation for living an active and fulfilling life.
My own journey with Pilates began after a disc herniation. With skilled guidance, patience, and a strong desire to regain control of my body, I learned to move in ways that reduced strain on my spine and rebuilt strength from the inside out. It changed not only how I feel, but how I understand movement, recovery, and pain, and that experience continues to shape my work as a Massage Therapist today.
In my practice, I combine hands-on treatment with movement and education. My goal is to address what’s happening right now while also giving you tools and understanding that support long-term change. I want you to feel better in the moment, and also feel stronger, more balanced, and more confident in the way your body moves.
I’ve completed Clinical Pilates education through Calibrate Pilates in Vancouver and continue to advance my training with Balanced Body. I believe in lifelong learning, staying curious, refining my skills, and learning from the shared experience of working with clients every day.
