our approach to treatment

At Ludica, treatment is focused on helping you move with less pain, more confidence, and greater ease in your daily life.

Your first session begins with a conversation and assessment so we can understand what’s going on, what your goals are, and what matters most to you. From there, your practitioner will develop a treatment plan that may include hands-on care, movement education, and exercises to support your recovery and long-term progress.

Our team works collaboratively across disciplines when needed, combining hands-on treatment with movement-based rehabilitation. Because of this integrated approach, many sessions also include guidance around strength, mobility, and movement patterns to help reduce the likelihood of recurring pain.

Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, and Registered Massage Therapy are often covered under extended health insurance plans.

All Ludica practitioners can direct bill to most major insurance providers. Depending on your specific plan, your treatment may be billed directly to your insurer, or you may receive a receipt to submit for reimbursement.

If you have questions about your coverage, we recommend confirming the details of your plan with your insurance provider before your appointment.
