Carmen has a deep passion for holistic healing and being of service to the community in Revy. She takes a direct approach to manual therapy, blending fascial release, trigger point release, light and deep tissue techniques, and active release, while attuning to each client’s unique needs. Dedicated to helping you achieve your wellness goals and bringing balance back into the body, a cornerstone of Carmen’s practice is applying manual therapies in relationship with the nervous system to create lasting changes.

Carmen found her way into her RMT career through a series of sports injuries and physically demanding jobs. She quickly became passionate about the healing arts and about building her own body’s resilience. She is a graduate of the rigorous 3,000-hour RMT program at Kootenay Columbia College of Integrative Health Sciences.

Outside her practice, Carmen embraces an active lifestyle and enjoys hiking, climbing, skiing, yoga, dancing, and playing with her vibrant community.
