Group Reformer Classes
At Ludica, our goal is to help you build a confident, sustainable relationship with movement. Our small group classes are guided by experienced, approachable instructors who will meet you where you're at, helping you improve coordination, flexibility, strength, and overall movement awareness in a supportive environment.
We use Balanced Body Reformers and a variety of props in all of our group equipment classes. With only three participants per class, you’ll receive personalized instruction while enjoying the energy of a small group setting. Expect a full-body workout that promotes strength, mobility, and alignment.
All classes are 60 minutes.
Single Class: $36 + GST
4-Class Package: $144 + GST (2-month expiry)
8-Class Package: $288 + GST ( 4-month expiry)
Which Class Should I Start With?
If you're new to Pilates or unfamiliar with the Reformer, begin with Reformer Fundamentals. This class introduces you to the equipment, foundational movement principles, and core Pilates concepts in a supportive and accessible way.
You're welcome to drop in and try a class, but we generally recommend attending at least 4 sessions to build a strong foundation. Your instructor will let you know when you're ready to progress from Fundamentals into more advanced classes. Private or semi-private sessions are also available for those who prefer a more personalized start.

Reformer Fundamentals
Start here if you're new to Pilates or new to the Reformer. This small-group class focuses on the basics, how to use the equipment safely, understand core Pilates principles, and begin building strength, awareness, and control. Plan to attend at least 4 sessions to develop a strong foundation. From there, your instructor will guide you toward the next level.

Beginner/Intermediate
Once you’ve learned the fundamentals and your instructor feels you’re ready, this slower-paced class will help reinforce your skills. You’ll continue to develop body awareness, explore core movement patterns, and build confidence on the Reformer with supportive guidance and thoughtful cueing. Must have previously attended a minimum of 4 sessions/classes.

Intermediate
This class is ideal for clients who are gaining confidence and consistency in their Pilates and reformer practice. Expect a moderate pace and more varied, creative sequences. You'll start exploring more complex exercises with options to tailor the level of challenge to your body.

advanced
Designed for experienced clients who have logged significant time on the equipment. This class includes more advanced choreography, full-body integration, and challenges to strength, balance, and coordination. Participants must be confident using the Reformer and have a solid understanding of classical and contemporary Pilates repertoire.
private & Semi-private pilates
Private sessions offer focused, personalized support tailored to you and your goals. They’re ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury, pre/post-natal clients, or anyone wanting a customized program for studio or home use
Sessions may include the Reformer, Mat, Tower, Chair, Barrel, and small props to support your practice. Duet sessions (for two participants) and virtual appointments are also available.
Your first session is 75 minutes and includes an assessment and goal setting.
All follow-up sessions are 60 minutes.
Private Pilates Pricing
Initial Private (75 minutes): $90
Subsequent Private (60 minutes): $80
5-Session Package: $383 (3-month expiry)
10-Session Package: $720 (6-month expiry)
Duet Pilates Pricing (per participant)
Single Session (60 minutes): $45
4-Session Package: $180 (3-month expiry)
Virtual sessions are the same rate as private sessions.
Packages can only be used with the instructor you purchased them from.

the MELT METHOD

what is Melt?
MELT is a gentle self-treatment technique that targets your body’s fascia, the connective tissue that supports muscles, joints, bones, and organs. Using soft rollers and small balls, MELT helps rehydrate tissue, improve mobility, and ease chronic pain caused by stress, overuse, or aging. It’s a simple, effective way to feel better, move more freely, and support long-term wellbeing.

small Group Classes
These small group classes (maximum 4 participants) guide you through easy-to-learn techniques using a MELT Soft Roller and therapy balls. You’ll be introduced to a full-body routine designed to release stuck stress and improve how your body moves and feels, no experience needed, just a curiosity about feeling better in your body.

melt private sessions
Private sessions provide personalized guidance to help you better understand your body’s unique stress patterns and apply MELT techniques in a way that suits your needs and goals. Ideal for those with chronic pain, new to MELT, or looking for a custom self-care routine. Duets are also available.
90 Minute Private/Semi-Private $90
5% GST will be added to all purchases.
Packages for Group Classes can be redeemed with any instructor.
Packages for Privates, Virtuals and Semi-Private sessions are only valid with 1 instructor.
All packages are non transferable and non-refundable.
Please note that rescheduling or cancellations require 24hrs notice. A cancellation fee of 100% of the session total will be applied for any missed or late cancelled sessions.
